Scope of services
DOT provides design and build services for websites, e-shops, brand design and custom tools, delivered on an agreed date. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are described in writing in the quote.
Quotes, scope & payment
Each quote describes the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is billed separately by agreement. Payment terms (e.g. a deposit and the balance on delivery) are set out in the quote and are accepted when the project begins.
Intellectual property & handover
On full payment, the final project deliverables are handed over to you for use in line with their intended purpose. We may retain underlying elements (e.g. tools, libraries, know-how) and the right to feature the project in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party platforms
Many projects rely on third-party platforms and services (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, payment providers). Their use is governed by their own terms and licences, for which we are not responsible.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for interruptions or faults caused by third-party services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law.
