The guarantee

On time — in writing, with a penalty clause

Every quote we send has a written delivery date. If we run late through our own fault, the final milestone of your project is free. That simple.

01

Fixed scope

The quote describes exactly what ships. Nothing unwritten shows up as an “extra” at the end — every addition is agreed in writing before it enters the plan.

02

Fixed price

The price locks in the written quote. No surprises at the final invoice, no “it ended up costing more”.

03

Fixed date

Every quote carries a delivery date — written, not verbal. You know it before we start, and you watch it approach through milestones.

The clause

If we are late, we pay for it — not you

If delivery slips past the written date through our fault alone, the final milestone of the project is not billed — the last instalment drops to zero. It is written into our terms and applies to every quote.

Why offer this? Because the date is our craft — and a promise without a consequence is not a guarantee.

How it works

From brief to delivery

01 Brief We understand the project and the goal
02 Written proposal Scope, price & date — in writing
03 Milestones You see progress at every step
04 Delivery On time — or the final milestone is free

Plain talk

What counts as our delay — and what doesn’t

The guarantee covers everything that depends on us: design, build, technical work, our own mistakes. If something on our side slips, the clause kicks in.

Two things move the date — always in writing: (a) a delay on your side with content or approvals beyond the buffers in the timeline, (b) a change of scope mid-project. In each case we agree a new written date — the timeline isn’t “lost”, it is rewritten.

That candour is part of the guarantee: at any moment you know exactly which date stands, and why.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know what the delivery date is?
It is written in the quote, before the project starts. There is no project without a written date — it is the first thing we agree.
What exactly does “the final milestone is free” mean?
Every project is split into milestones with matching payment instalments, as set out in the quote. If we are late through our own fault, the last instalment is not billed — you get the finished project and pay less.
What if I am late sending content or approvals?
The timeline includes reasonable buffers for content and approvals. If a delay exceeds them, the date shifts and the new one is confirmed in writing — the clause covers our delays only.
Does it apply to every project?
Yes. Every quote we send carries a written date, so every project is covered — from a logo to a full e-shop.
How is on-time delivery proven?
Delivery happens with tangible deliverables: a staging link, files, access to the site. Both the promised date and the delivery date are in writing — the comparison is simple.
What if I want changes mid-project?
Changes are welcome — they are agreed in writing as a scope change, with a new price or date where needed, before they are built. No surprises, no misunderstandings.
