What pushes the price above €900
The €900 is the base for a complete, working store. Where your own price lands is decided by a few specific things. Whatever below applies to you is costed and written into the quote before anything starts.

We did not build cookiesmaster.gr. We took it over as it stood, live and taking orders. Sixteen plugins came out (47 down to 31, roughly 7,000 files gone) and WooCommerce went from 8.8.6 to 10.9.1, with the checkout tested end to end. Then a caching layer, built from scratch. The numbers below were measured before and after that optimisation phase, on the same build with the same method. The old store on its previous server was never measured, so we do not present it as the baseline.

What you pay monthly afterwards
An e-shop has running costs on any platform. The difference with WooCommerce is that there is no platform subscription and no cut of your sales, so what remains is small and predictable. On our projects everything is paid in your name, directly to the providers.
Hosting & domain
Where the store lives, and its address. Paid to the provider, in your name. We do not resell them at a markup.
Payment fees
The bank or payment provider keeps a percentage of every card transaction. True everywhere, on every platform.
Maintenance
Updates and backups, and regular checks on the store. A store that takes payments cannot be left unattended. If you would rather not handle it yourself, there is the care plan.

What platform do you build e-shops on?
On WooCommerce/WordPress, and the main reason is ownership. You pay no monthly platform subscription and no percentage of your sales. The store is yours, with the domain and hosting registered in your name. If you want a different partner or host tomorrow, you take everything with you, without asking us.
My e-shop is slow. Can you upgrade it?

What happens if you run late?
Every quote we send has a written delivery date, and the project is split into milestones with matching payment instalments. If we run late through our fault alone, the last instalment drops to zero: you get the finished store and pay less. Will the e-shop rank on Google?
Nobody can seriously guarantee a Google position, and anyone who does should give you pause. We deliver the technical base Google measures: page speed and stability, with a clean category and product structure. On cookiesmaster.gr the Lighthouse score went from 57 to 81 (mobile, measured on the same build before and after the optimisation phase). Where you rank after that depends on your content and your competition.
Do you handle maintenance afterwards?
Yes, with the care plan: updates and backups, plus security and speed monitoring. It is not compulsory. The store is yours, and with the training included at handover you update products and content yourself. See the care plan →
Are the store’s legal pages included?
Setting them up, yes: terms of use, returns policy, privacy and cookie consent loaded in the correct order. On cookiesmaster.gr we rewrote 6 legal pages against Greek law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83 (14-day withdrawal, ODR). The tax and company side belongs to your accountant; we do not stand in for that.
What should I have ready before we start?
