The design is a separate stage: you see it and approve it before anything is built. If you want something different along the way, the change is agreed in writing, with a new price or date where needed, before it is built. So you always know what you are paying and when you take delivery.
We use whatever you have ready. Anything missing gets flagged in the brief, before it stalls the project midway. The timeline includes sensible allowances for texts and approvals. If you run later than that, the date shifts and the new one is confirmed in writing. One tip that saves days: gather your material before asking for a quote.
